Scientists Could Help Reveal Fraud — and Get Paid For It
Under current laws, it is difficult for university research groups who help reveal fraud to receive whistleblower rewards. Changing whistleblower statutes to incentivize universities to do such work would be a public service and open up a source of funding for future research.
